Terms & Conditions

For DOA items: we provide 7 days Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty on hardware supplied. DOA item will be exchanged within 7 days of when purchaser receives the goods.

Customers claiming DOA must return goods in original condition, full packaging and with the proof of purchase, subject to NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE on goods returned. Replacement will not be shipped until faulty goods received. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty.

 For normal RA item: All products will be replaced or repaired. It takes approximately 2 weeks. We will replace or repair the item depending on product availability.

 If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 No warranty applies to software and consumables.

 No items can be returned without our Return Authority number. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

For change of mind we will accept returns for refund within 14 days subject to the following terms and conditions. All products returned must be sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition. If the product has a tamper-proof seal, it must be intact and undamaged. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for this money-back guarantee, and will be held until the customer pays for return postage. If return postage is not paid by the customer within 30 days, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a re-stocking fee may apply. Special order items are not eligible for change of mind.

All PC's & prescription eyewear are built to order and not eligible for change of mind returns.
